Our Preventive Maintenance Checklist
Heating and air conditioning systems are fairly complex machines that require highly detail-oriented, thorough maintenance. A typical preventive maintenance visit includes all of the following:
- Condenser coil check and cleaning
- Blower component check and adjustment
- Blower wheel cleaning
- Air filter cleaning and replacement for 1″ media
- Thermostat check and calibration
- Condensate drain check
- Motor voltage and amperage check
- Safety control check
- Operation pressure check
- Starting check
- Electrical check
- Lubrication of all moving parts
All of these services are included in our standard heating and air conditioning maintenance plans.
Our Planned Service Agreements
With an affordable Planned Service Agreement from Triad Sheet Metal, valid for one year, you’ll be entitled to two of those comprehensive maintenance checks, one for your air conditioning unit and one for your heating unit. We’ll also give you a courtesy call when you’re due for a tune-up.
During each check, we’ll not only diagnose and repair any emerging issues but also make the small calibration adjustments needed to improve energy efficiency. The reduced energy usage alone is enough to defray most of the cost of the agreement.
We offer a few other financial benefits to our preventive maintenance customers. With a service agreement, you’ll earn 10 percent off all accessories installed by Triad Sheet Metal, including dehumidifiers, ventilators, UV lamps and other indoor air quality products. Moreover, we offer a 50 percent credit toward a planned service agreement whenever we install a new heating or air conditioning system. It’s part of our commitment to taking care of our customers’ comfort needs from start to finish.
